I em'd store cuz book I was looking for came back on abe search as another title; the owner was quick to respond and helped me locate info on the book I was looking for; when I asked about more pop up books she responded probably less than 15 minutes later and I was able to review and buy more. Compassionate book seller 10/12/2008

Highly recommend this book seller, both online and in shop. Thousands of wonderful titles. The reading room has a vintage feel with difficult to find books, old world decor. You'd expect to see Sigmund Freud sitting in the chair reading. The house cat makes for a nice touch to the warm store. A must visit. Lynn is down to earth and provides great prices on her books and service to her community. more

A cozy book store. 11/27/2005

Vintage Books has books on every subject imaginable. They have collector’s books and signed books. The owners are usually there and they have a vast knowledge on the books in the store and where they are located. If you are looking for a specific book, and the store doesn't have it, let the owners know and they will get it for you. They give teachers a discount. The store setting is very cozy and comfortable and there is usually a cat or two lounging around in the store. Their prices are great and the customer service is tops! more

Rare and collectible books. 9/4/2005

Vintage Books has thousands of books all arranged neatly in one store. If you are looking for a rare book or part of a collection, Vintage Books will probably have it, and if they don't, will get it for you. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you let them know what you are looking for they can look it up on their computer system and tell you if they have that particular book in stock or not. Then, they will take you right to it, if they have it...if not they will order it for you. The store has a homey feel to it and everyone is made to feel welcome. They will even buy books from you or offer an in-store trade. more
