Being a Kinnelon resident and passing Vino weekly in route to work every morning, I finally had the chance to stop in and make a purchase one weekend. From the outside you would feel as if you would be walking into a personable Vino shop on a side street in Italy. However, that was not the case. They do have a very nice selection of wine's, but the service was very displeasing. While a couple was discussing types of wine's and tasting a variety with the owner (whom I believe it was), we walked in as if we did not exist. We picked out wine's, went to the counter, and without even a simple hello, or did you find everything alright. The clerk continued speaking with the other patrons, rang up the tab and gave the total. I had handed him my money and without even eye contact, continued speaking with the other couple as if I wasn't even a customer in the store or wanted. When asked how much a foil cutter was, he turned gave the price and then yes.....continued on with his other patrons. I would not recommend there store to any of my fellow wine companions. The only thing that was nice was the sign outside the building. The inside needs some work as well.
