Vineyards at Valley View

Let me tell you my story: 1. The first time we went there, they offered us a 1 bedroom apartment with garage for about 900$ with one month free. 2. Next day we came back to sign the contract, but they had rent that. They offered us another one, but more expensive. 3. After we move in, we realized that the second offer didn't have any garage, and they didn't talk about it a word. Our fault! We shouldn’t have trust them and signed the contract based their words. 4. They just said sorry, misunderstanding! If you want to cancel the contract, you have to pay cancelation fee. 5. Throughout one year that we were there, two burglaries happened in the community. We were really scared of unsafe environment. 6. The computers in community office SUCK. Internet connection SUCKS. Printer SUCKS. The office for tenant is just another advertisement to attract people. 7. When we moved out, they asked us 167$ extended to our deposit. We didn't even hang a single frame on the wall! They charged us $150 for ozone treatment! But most of time we were at works or at college; we just slept there. THANK GOD WE MOVED OUT. more

I got a new job in Sacramento (downtown) but didn't want to live there. I searched all over the Sacramento area and decided on Folsom or El Dorado Hills. I was in a hurry as I was living in a hotel room temporarily. The two young girls (20-23yrs old) are drop dead gorgeous of course but also made me feel welcome. I took possession of the keys in 24 hours. I moved in last night and found the heater didn't work and the back door wouldn't lock. Thankfully the fireplace kept me warm and being on the 3rd floor, no-one was going to break in. I informed the office today and before sundown both were fixed. The apt has brand new carpet and is spotless clean. The shower has great water pressure which coming from Vegas is a real treat!\r \r So far so good! Pros: Breathtaking views from balcony, clean, quiet, reasonably priced Cons: None! more

One would think that if you are renting an apt. in such a lovely area with such a high price the management would be more attentive to theire property and more attentive to their tenants. Their is always trash around the apts they never clean the stairwell, etc. Whenever I use the pool area their is gum, food and sometimes glass on the floor where most people would be walking around barefoot. Good luck while you are at the pool finding a lounge chair that is not broken. So much so that one could get hurt!\r \r The Management does not seem to care about theses things all they care about is posting signs for a mile radius stating that they have vacany! Don't try to send an e-mail saying that you have a mtnc. problem because they won't get it. And if you want mntc to come anythime in the next 24 hours you had better have a flood in your apt. This is not the fault of mntc. The management just does not care. If you already have a lease signed you are no good to them. \r \r Save your money and rent an apt in Folsom. more
