We arrived for an early dinner and were immediately seated. The ambiance is what one would expect (and we had hoped for) of an older establishment in West Sacramento. Our waitress was a character and very pleasant. We started with a cocktail, and ordered the fried zucchini - both of which arrived immediately and were excellent. Our selections (there were four of us) included spaghetti and meatballs, spinach gnocchi, fried prawns, and a steak sandwich. Wwe all had the salad with blue cheese. If you love real blue cheese dressing, order the salad. All were very satisfying with just an ""okay"" for the fried prawns. This is a great place for friends to enjoy good food and conversation in a comfortable atmosphere.
