Vince & Joe's Fruit Market

We shop here every Saturday & we have never had a bad experience. The food is all quality & very fresh. If you follow their weekly sales, it's an economical place to shop too! The service is excellent & if something isn't right, they make it right. One time I was looking for just cut up strawberries, which they didn't have. I asked a clerk in the fruit dept & she asked me how much I was looking for, I told her about a pound's worth & she cut up some fresh strawberries & came to find me in the store, while I was shopping to give me the freshly cut strawberries! \r \r Shopped at the Clinton Twp store for years & have shopped now at the Shelby Twp store since it opened. Both are excellent. \r \r One poster complained of ecoli found in their meats. That is untrue. There was an ecoli scare at one time throughout southeastern Michigan & while no ecoli was found in any of their meat products, they pulled the product & also offered customers to return the meat for a full refund. Must be a disgruntled ex-employee that wrote that last post. \r \r Rest assured, if something is not right, Vince & Joe's Market will make it right. \r \r Be sure to try the bakery. It's absolutely incredible the dolci's they offer! Pros: Service, Quality & their Bakery! Cons: None that I know of so far... more
