Villas at Towngate

The villas at towngate is not the place to live. Looks nice on the outside, don't let the exterior fool you. Management is the worse, they are not helpful when you have legitmate concerns, yes they will listen, but will not do anything to help your given situation. This lack of concern pertains to all complaints from repairs to noisy and inconsiderate neighbors. Trust me you will not get any noise relief, the maintenance personnel will lie and cut corners regarding needed repairs, it is scandoulous how management has such blantant disregard particullary (the manager with the blonde hair and large eyes and the other blonde assistant manager who does not know anything) both are cold and disconnected and have a total lack of concern for its tenants, don't let the smiles fool you. You move here you will have to suffer in silence or break your lease and move out. In 2013-14, they greatly increased the rent, no joke from $100-$125 increase, their explanation, needed to catch up with the surrounding apartments rent levels as to what the market dictated, was told their rent was to low in comparsion. Can't wait until our lease expires, this is a total nightmare. My sentiments may not apply to everyone here, but it is a large percentage of people who I have spoken to agree and that's why so many people are moving out. Move in at your own risk... more

My husband and I had live over one year in here and we both love them! Natasha and Karina are very helpful and NOT rude! things that need to be fix, the get fix quickly! parking space is always available.Garden and grounds are always clean :) I always feel secure with their patrol team. more

Me and my husband and kids have lived here over 1 year. We love it here no one has ever broken in to my apartment. Management is not rude. There like family to us. We just signed another lease for 1 more year. Its a safe calm place to live in. They do not treat you like second class citizens like it was said in another review. When you need things fixed they get fixed. more

The management is RUDE and not helpful the moment the lease is signed. Many apartments have been broken into. Management tried to sweep everything under the rug till a shooting took place. Now management is RUDE to everyone. Whenever you use the amenities that are provided management questions your every move...this inculdes questions directed to small children. Whenever a law-abiding tenant starts asking questions they treat them like second class citizens. Don't move here unless your ready to never have anything in your apartment fixed until many days later, (not 72 hours as stated). Don't move here unless you like rodents, walk the grounds at night and you see them. Don't move here unless you like being talked down too. Don't move here unless you like feeling like your not welcome when you try to use the amenities, even though have the pool pass and pool key.
