The Villager Condominiums on Hillsboro are a great place to live. They're convenient to the interstates, downtown, malls, grocery stores, and restaurants. Even located next to 440, it's a very quiet place with good neighbors. BE CAREFUL which owner you rent from, though. I spent one year in a one-bedroom and three years in a two-bedroom. The owner of the one-bedroom was quick and good on upkeep whereas the owner of the two-bedroom refused to do any upkeep. ONE MAJOR WORD OF WARNING...don't expect a return of your deposit. I lost $500 on the one-bedroom and $700 on the two-bedroom. Even though I kept the terms of both leases, (30-day moveout notice, re-painted, and left both places sparkling clean, with no damages, and no complaints from the owners), five months after moving out, the check is still ""in the mail,"" You'll probably have to go to small claims court. One final word...keep a copy of your lease in a safe place. They have a way of disappearing from your file.
Pros: Convenient to Everything
Cons: No Deposit Returns
