Very Pleasant Experience and Great Customer Service! 10/25/2011

I just wanted to start out saying thank you to Mrs.Dorothy. My experience with Village Pawn Shop has been very pleasant. I bought a rifle from them at the gun show and wanted to give to my dad as a gift. Mrs Dorothy explain throughly how the transfer process is and by buying from them she waived the fee. She was a very informative and very nice lady. This is the way customer service should be! Next gun show I will certainly stop by and say hello. more

Forgetful minded people 1/20/2010

Communications for over a week to bring specific product to Show. I show up and the Owner of all people has a careless attitude and said ""Oh well, we forgot it"". Does not offer to bring it the next day or send it to my dealer to see it. I guess in this economy, they can afford to be selective. Very narrow minded. I mean these are really stupid people. Pros: Communication OK but short and spotty Cons: Does not appreciate new customers more
