The bread is so incrdible. i traveled Europe for 3 years in search of the perfect bread and couldn't believe I found it in Oregon. They flavor, texture, ingredients, size, shape, variety....all the best in all of US and Europe...The Baker...Guy Souerbry was professionally trained at NAU in Arizona and really knows his baking...I think he said he charges $75/hr for in home baking lessons, I'm sure it is worth it..If you can see him work the dough its incredible..he can form over 15 baguettes a minute and 50 loaves a minute...what a sight to behold..You can only catch him in the middle of the night as he spends the day with his 2 children and wife! Wow...a family man, educated and the best bake in the world...he deserves serious props for his skills!!!!!!!!!
