Do not live here.... there is mice in your apt and they will wait until their scheduled date with their exterminator even though that is 7 days away and you see mice running around your apt. Office is not helpful at all. more

What a great complex i went in the office on a last second trhought i met with abbey crews who showed me an apartment. She was very very helpful the staff was nice. I will definetley recommend this complex and abbey to all my friends thank you abbey for a great tour more

The staff is friendly, however our problem occurred when our apartment became contaminated with gnats as a result of water seepage in the floor (caused by the hose and motor that was broken and therefore leaking in the dishwasher), the staff neglected to act in a timely and effective manner. We were given the run around, and the issue of the leaky dishwasher and the gnats was never resolved. Staff continued to be nice and condescending, while only addressing our gnat problem nearly three weeks after our complaint was initially placed. The staff then refused to allow us to move into a gnat-free unit, unless we extended our lease term for another year. The apartment grounds are nice and so are the amenities, please just watch out for gnats, because there is little that the staff can do for you!
