this place is dishonest. 1/11/2011

one of their 'full service' guys filled antifreeze coolant in my washer fluid container before my skiing trip. when i used it the window was getting all greasy and i couldn't see the road properly, which put me and my family in danger at the winter driving conditions in the mountains. once i returned the manager refused to make it right and flush my system. he even gave me a big attitude. i'm very disappointed and will not return there for service. be aware of this place. Looks like other people are having issues with this place too and i'll report to AAA as well. more

Don't take your car here. 4/4/2010

If you like people to smile at you while they're ripping you off, this is the place to go. They charged me $370 for work that they did not do! My building manager (who used to own a garage in the area) said, 'oh, no you didn't take your car there. They're notorious for doing unnecessary repairs and other such illegal activities'. Avoid these guys. more

I'm put back in my original condition and told to hit the road. Vaunted courtesy was suddenly lacking. No time for that. more

LOVE this station. PLEASE don't reduce the level of service here! 4/24/2006

I guess I am the third person left on earth who STILL wants full serve. I find that the constant tire and fluid checks really save me money in the long run as I am aware of little issues before they become big ones...Besides, I like having them all do the little things I remember as simple gas station service from my childhood! This is the way a service station should be run...it's like an ad from the 1950's I LOVE it! PROS: BEST service ever...they check and clean everything with a smile CONS: well...full serve isn't cheap..but you knew that! more

Still the best station around 9/26/2005

Before I retired, I would go to this station, as my company picked up the tab for my gas. It is like going to a fine restaurant. Attentive service-they do just about everything but wash your car when you go there for full serve. Even when I've gone there for self-serve, they sometime offer to help. One fellow, don't know if he's still there, always looked like he walked out of a catalog, he was so handsome courteous, and his clothes were always clean. PROS: top notch all the way around. Very impressive service 7/24/2005

I am probably one of the few people who still wants to use full serve rather than get out and fill my own tank. I just don't want to spill gas one myself or on my clothes. At this gas station they rush over as soon as you pull up. You will definitely have 1 person helping you, but many times you will have two. They will not only clean your front and back windshields without a problem, they will ask you if you'd like to raise your driver's side window so they can do all of your windows. They are also happy to check under the hood, check your tires. There are very few stations that still offer full serve, and when they do, they are very slow to come out in my experience. Many hope you will give up and drive away. This station is there for service and I hope they never change that. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them. PROS: Excellent service CONS: None more
