parking here is terrible. when guess come to visit there is no parking because the parking places are taken by cars with expired registration tags and residents who don't want to mess with parking in there tiny driveways that are alloted to them. management refuses to do anything about it. there suggestion is to have my guest park a block away out of the park to accomodate vehicles with expired tags. some residents i am told by manegement have 3-5 vehicles per-household. one vehicle taking a prime parking place has expired tags from dec 2110. need to contact the park owners. many vehicles park over the fire lane line. more

this place is run by management who would be fired very quickly at any other job. they favor hispanic residents as they are hispanic as well. there are at least a few drug dealers living in this trailer park one of which has been raided more than once, yet still lives here. they try to portray this as a ""friendly family park"". if you call meth or pot being readily available then sure this place is family friendly. in the last 3-4 years the management has moved in multiple relatives and definitely favors them and allows them to bend any rule they want. if you were to speak to a majority of the residents in here you would be surprised to hear that most people agree, but they are afraid to be evicted so they probably would not admit it. the management makes empty threats for eviction for random minor ""infractions"" to scare residents into obeying what they say.
