I have taken several cooking classes all over the area. Been to Williams Sonoma "demo" classes that don't even match up. By far, this is the BEST cooking school around. Between the high quality food and culinary trained chefs that lead the classes, their program has the most value out of any other classes I have taken anywhere else. No other cooking school does it the way they do, worth every penny spent. They even do private events for businesses and birthday parties and bridal showers. No wonder they have been voted Best of the Bay!
I take full advantage of the 10% discount they offer after class to sign up for more classes or buy cooking tools. I can't believe the variety of their classes from knife skills to Sushi to Date Night dinners and all these basics classes that you can build your cooking skills on. It makes it so hard to decide which one to take! And then you get to take all the recipes home to make all this stuff again. Can't wait for their holiday schedule, their Turkey workshop and Holiday entertaining classes so I can show off all my skills at my dinner parties. I always walk away from their classes with useful pointers and amazing recipes.
Pros: Culinary trained staff, nice pro Viking kitchen, great recipes, good variety, great value!!
Cons: parking lot small, but huge parking structure right across the street
