I cannot say enough about my experience dining at Fuego. It starts with a cheerful hostess who swiftly escorts you to your table and helps you get comfortable. Then enters the service staff, complete with very knowledgeable Wine Steward who helps you find the perfect wine. Then the staff helps you with menu recommendations, and off we go into the most sublime sensual experience I've had in many years. I must say, I had the best experience in my Santa Fe dinning experience when I ate at fuego. The menu offered delicious salads, soups, fish, and meats. The restraunt also had a superb wine list with many selections. Service was prompt and delightful. The food was excellent, but I must say it was the mood of the patio that really made my night. As evening apporoached and it started to cool, each table had a lamp placed on it, also the main fountain of the patio had a fire raging in the middle of it. I also noticed a small fire in a New Mexico style fireplace next to a table in the corner. I must say my wife and I were delighted with the food, mood, and great service of fugeo.
