Went here on my birthday just for something different. Had no idea what it was even going to be like. Not much atmosphere, tiny place, not too clean looking. It was just okay....

Best value for Vietnamese food in KC 12/14/2009

My Dad who lives in Lawrence Kansas has been raving about this place for years and I just moved near by. It turns out it is really good! A real find! The "Vietnam fried rice" is a really good deal. Huge serving and it has plenty of meat. Delicious! The food is cheaper and of higher quality than any other place like it in KC. more

Vietnam Cafe 10/10/2005

Vietnam Cafe has an authentic Vietnames cuisine. The menu range from a variety of different appetizers and entrees. Diners can choose from spring rolls to rice to a hot noodle soup. The atmosphere is small and comfortable. It is located right by the City Market and Downtown. It is definitely a good place to try without burning a hole in your pocket. more
