I love this place. I have been going for years, almost 10. There Lunch and dinner special feature a little too much fried food but whatever. The son of the chef is the most polite and professional, while the daughter is the exact opposite. Family run, always the same chef, so the food is always excelent. This place might look a bit seedy from the outside since it's right next to tobacco town but the food isn't bad. The food specials like the crispy chicken and crab puffs are good deals, they're just not great deals. The pepper salt lobster is okay, but also not great. If you want to go to a nicer restaurant with better food then go to Wong's King, but if you want something quick and reasonably cheap then this is a place you could go to. The Mongolian Beef and Sweet & Sour Chicken are fantastic!! I have eaten in many downtown asian restaurants and the food here blows them away!!! Not only do you get quality, but a nice quantity as well. The menu had lots of options to include Vietnamese foo too!! We just happen to stop there after a Christmas shopping trip at Clackmas Town Center, and I ahve now been ordering take out and stopping there every chance I get. This is an unusual type of Chinese place, as they work several Vietnamese dishes into the works as well. But for now, I'll stick with the Chinese stuff, because a friend of mine tried, the Fish with Garlic Sauce to go, and he figured on a stew-like dish. What he got was a WHOLE COOKED FISH, including the head, with garlic sauce on the side. But everything I've had is great, especially if you like your Chinese on the spicy side. The Mongolian beef here almost made me cry it was so hot, and so far as I'm concerned, that's what it's supposed to be like. Great decor inside as well, just wish they included Egg Foo Young on their menu.
