I was having a technical problem with my Toshiba LCD. The problem seemed simple. I was receiving a proper video signal, but no audio signal at all. I spent 30 minutes reading the user guide and changing the hdmi cable and even checking the remote. I finally called Bob from Video Tech 911. Bob suggested i reset my set top box (direct tv). Well, Bob suggestion was the cure to my problem. I would like to say a big thank you to Bob. I would like to say if anyone who has any technical problems with their electronic appliances give Video Tech 911 a call. 5 stars from me.
