I called Video Tech 911 because our flat screen just went blank. Bob was very helpfull over the phone and trouble shooted the problem without having to come out. I feel this is a very honest co. and will keep their name and number for future problems and installations. more

Toshiba Tv Repair 10/10/2011

I was having a technical problem with my Toshiba LCD. The problem seemed simple. I was receiving a proper video signal, but no audio signal at all. I spent 30 minutes reading the user guide and changing the hdmi cable and even checking the remote. I finally called Bob from Video Tech 911. Bob suggested i reset my set top box (direct tv). Well, Bob suggestion was the cure to my problem. I would like to say a big thank you to Bob. I would like to say if anyone who has any technical problems with their electronic appliances give Video Tech 911 a call. 5 stars from me. more
