All reviews seem positive

Good selection, hefty adult section 11/24/2007

Video West is one of those old fashioned neighborhood video rental places. The staff are friendly and the selection wide and varied considering the size of the place (small). A large part of the store is dedicated to adult entertainment, primarily of the gay persuasion. The store is open so not for the ""discreet"". But this is West Hollywood, so who cares. more

francis is a doll... most of the staff is great but a few new guys are a little rude. good prices Pros: francis, dog friendly, selection, price, dog friendly Cons: parking- there is a free lot on palm tho more

A bit too much attitude, thank you. 11/21/2002

Friends and I have encountered a bit too much ""attitude"" from the staff in the West Hollywood Video West location; staff at the Studio City Video West store are generally much friendlier and more laid back. Selection varies with the location, and here too I give the Valley store the edge over West Hollywood. Pros: Selection, Trendy Location, Off-site parking lot Cons: "Attitude" from staff, Congested Location, No close-by parking more

Pros: foreign films, cult classics, obscure dvds Cons: parking, only 1 night rental more
