I contacted Video visions forever via email directly from thier website to see if my wedding date was available. About 2 days later they sent me an email stating that my wedding date was available. I called and scheduled an appt. to meet with someone to discuss details and book them. DAYS before my appt. they send me this unprofessional email stating that they were sorry but my appt has been CANCELLED because some other customer came in and booked my available wedding date!!!! I hope the ""other customer"" booked the $2500 package because thats what we were going with!! I just think this could have been handled more professionally. No phone call/email to give me the opportunity to book my date first since I inquired about that date and made an appt!! \r
