They came on time for an estimate but they kept telling me what they wanted to do instead of listening to what I wanted to do. I found that unprofessional as I am paying for the service and I am at the end, the owner of the house. At one point, the man even told me that I should not jump to conclusions because he knew more. How rude! I would not do business with them again. more

What 7/28/2005

They wanted to add 40 cameras to my house and they told me that was the smallest package that they had. They don’t understand that someone with a mall house would not need that many cameras to watch over their house. They need to allow the customers to just add 2 or 3 cameras that might at most be needed to watch a house. more
