There was a suspicious story about them being robbed twice, then sales man left invoice at home, the delivery of the tv took over 3 weeks, with lots of various stories to explain...

Worst service ever 12/10/2007

My 50"" Panasonic Plasma TV has been out of service since mid October. NO HELP from VIDEO ONLY on getting repairs. they suggusted that I buy the ""new"" more expensive 1080 p model. Pros: Cheap prices Cons: Horrible customer service Good luck if something breaks more

Unless you pick what you buy up when you purchase it, Id be careful Pros: prices Cons: delivery etc more
