If you believe that you might return an item or if you might cancel a transaction, please do not go to this place. My mother ordered a Sony TV 2 years ago and canceled the order via phone soon after because she decided to buy another model instead. When two employees delivered the first TV to the house, she told them that they are to return it because we were supposed to get another model after canceling the first order via phone.
She paid for the second model and the family happy with it. But the problem is that the first order was left open and was not canceled for 2 years after the two employees drove away with the first model. The order cancellation should have been done by a hired employee that has this responsibility, but apparently this did not ever happen.
Sony is calling constantly demanding that we pay the now accumulated $8000 for the first item that we never got, nor did my mother provide a signature for its delivery. Who knows where that TV is now. The store does not want to cancel this order or settle the situation, maybe to make some big bucks.
I and my family refuse to deal with such behavior where it seems that these people think they can take advantage of good people. There is no place in a competitive industry for such behavior.
