This place is cursed by being one of the best restaurants during the winter. The ambiance and the food are so perfect for a romantic winter date. The lobster Mac and Cheese is awesome. I am sure it is great in the summer but it is incredible in the winter. Pros: Everything Cons: nothing more

Amazing, incredibly fresh 7/2/2007

The food and service at Victory was amazing. They also have a wonderful drink menu. You'll find an inventive menu with top-notch (and organic!) ingredients. This is one of Portsmouth's bests. Definitely make reservations. Great atmosphere too! Pros: Delicious, unique, flavorful Cons: Expensive for the Seacoast (but worth it) more
