A no nonsense gym. All the Trainers are certified and very friendly. It may not have all the fancy gadgets, but since January the club has added new cardio, rowers, steppers and always seem to be upgrading. Classes are great!! I am happy with the service and staff of this gym. more

Worst mistake for three years 12/25/2011

So sorry I joined this dump !! On my first several visits the staff was nice and always wanting to know how I was doing. I come to realize that their interest was only an attemp for me to get more members for them. After my first month they could have cared less if I was meeting my gym goals. The place is filthy dirty and has gotten worst over the last year or so. You wouldn't catch me getting in that so called pool they have for anything. Maybe it is the area, but the members are just nasty and I certainly don't want to share pool water with them. more

Love the gym! 12/1/2010

Great gym. I rarely have to wait to use equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only gripe is when some women try to wear regular undrewear or plain old street clothing in the pool and hot tub. Seems that the staff is working on fixing this. Keep up the good work VFC!! more

Rude, Dirty, Cheap, and stuck for two years... 2/16/2009

I would not recommend joining this club. \r \r The owner is a self absorbed pig.\r \r The staff acts like you are inconveniencing them, just by being there.\r \r The locker room is dirty and smelly, and the whole gym experience is ruined by the cheap over-secured refreshment display area. You feel as though the staff, or owner are expecting you to attempt stealing from your own club. (not the way I prefer to be treated as a member)\r \r Maybe its demographical, or maybe it's just a cheap club. \r \r Either way, I've regretted joining ever since the second time I walked in. more
