Highly recommended... usually don't leave reviews... surprised to read the 1 star reviews... so I am taking a minute to say... We have depended on Victory Cleaners for the past 15 years... from all our dry cleaning and alternations- not to mention the patches from cub scout to eagle scout and police uniforms. The dry cleaning is highly dependable along with the alternations. Gloria is fantastic- this week she is altering 3 gowns for a wedding. Also want to point out that my husband is very picky with his dress shirts, the collars have to be perfect, he won't go anywhere else. more

I have taken my cheer uniforms to victory cleaners to be altered for three years now and they have always been very professional and helpful.they did an amazing job on alterations! more

Victory Cleaners in San Marcos ruined my toddler silk dupioni dress from Strasburg. The owner must know nothing about fabrics b/c she kept saying the dress was fine, which it obviously was not. The nubby, crisp texture was completely gone, as was the sheen. Instead I was left with an almost sheer, limp, dull, cotton like fabric with dimples all over in a herring bone pattern! How is this even possible? And how can she stand there and claim there is nothing wrong with the dress? Very unprofessional and irresponsible. And it’s clear she has done this many times before. She got very defensive and rude very quickly and had a long list of irrelevant arguments. She just didn’t care that she had ruined the dress, and never once apologized. \r \r Also, like mentioned in the previous review, they quoted me one price and charged me another. \r \r Save your clothes and go somewhere else. \r more

Save your money and save your clothes. This place is not worth the headache. We took in quite a few clothes and gave them a lot of business. One time we had a very expensive T-Shirt we wanted dry cleaned and we took it to them. We explained that it was new, we were worried some of the lettering would come off and we asked them to follow the directions on the shirt and be extra careful. \r \r When we went to pick it up all of the blue lettering was gone. We asked them about it and they were very flippant. They never once apologized, said it was the manufacturer's fault and they even had the gall to charge us for the essentially ruined shirt.\r \r They also quoted me one price for my clothes and when I went to pick them up they had changed the price. No explanation or apology given.\r \r DO NOT take your clothes here. They're cons and they don't care if they ruin your clothes. more
