Avoid this dealership like the plague. I took my Isuzu Trooper to Victorville Hyundai for a warranty repair (replacement of a leaky water pump). It lasted 20 months but had less than 1500 miles on it before it began leaking again. They did not stand behind their shotty workmanship or parts and wanted another $600 to replace the water pump again. I decided to take it to an independent to have the work done, one who is more reliable and willing to stand behind his work. I should have suspected the repair would likely fail when I spotted the mechanic had vivibly left off parts. If he left off parts I could visibly see no telling what parts were left off I could not see (like maybe a water pump mounting bolt or two). I made them replace the missing parts before I picked it up to take it somewhere else for repair. They are all friendly enough, but friendly doesn't get the job done. Undoubtedly the sky-high prices for repairs are to help pay for their new construction.
