Victor can do a nice job on your hair, but he reminds me of a used car salesman trying to sell add ons. When you get your hair done, you will find out (according to Victor) that your hair is in the worse possible shape and needs a deep conditioning (costs extra) and then will need a special product for extra shine (costs extra). Once the haircut and color/perm if you getting those are done (overpriced), Victor will sell you the "special" shampoos and conditioners that you should only use on your hair (costs extra). This is because water has too high of ph and the shampoo acts a counteractive. Victor needs to go back to high school and learn about ph levels. Water's ph level is usually 7. (That is not acidic nor base)
My hair looked fine, it didn't feel overly fabulous or overly shiny. Just like it does with another hairdresser I go to. So the job as a hair dresser he does well, it's just everything else.
My sister loves Victor, but I refuse to spend $150 on cut and color.
