Nothing but positive things to say about Victoria's Catering!\r \r My husband and I contacted Victoria's Catering about a year before our actual wedding date with zero clue on what to do about food. First thing, Victoria herself sat down with us, one-on-one, alone, to discuss our wedding which I loved right away. She really showed that she cared and genuinely wanted to make our day as perfect as possible. She heard what we had to say, gave us her very helpful suggestions, and once we settled on what type of food we wanted she made every little detail, down to the napkin color, perfect. Throughout that year, one of her staff members, Stephanie, kept in contact with us which made us feel like they cared. Stephanie was a tremendous help throughout the whole process and she would promptly get back to me if I had any questions at all. I never felt like I was forgotten, or lost.\r \r When it came to our actual wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect! The setup, the decorations they used, the presentation, the food itself, everything! They even packed us a to go gift bag with leftovers for my husband and I to enjoy that night (which was great because we didn't get a chance to eat very much!) She even included 2 little plastic flukes and a little bottle of sparkling cider which was so nice! All of our guest loved the food as well!\r \r I would very highly recommend Victoria's Catering to anyone in the Louisville area! Great at communication, listens to what you are looking for, offers free tasting of the food, very professional and accommodating. Thank you so much you all! more

I can't believe it's been 10 years! Randy and I will be celebrating our 10th anniversary in May;) \r You and your staff did such a wonderful job at our wedding reception that i want to do it again! They've always been wonderful to work with. They are very personable, and always looking to meet my needs. They are also very accommodating. Last minute needs are never a problem for them. more

prices comp never had a bad exp We have hired them for our Christmas dinners here at work, and also hired them throughout the company for any form work. So if we have a storm that rolls through town and it's 1 or 2 in the morning they're on it. They can have breakfast here by 6 for 50-100 people no problem. more

I began using Victoria's Catering about five years ago because I wanted to use local catering companies at our corporate meetings. I don't know where to start with this but if I get into too much detail, I won't stop. Long story short, well somewhat short....I had the basic menu planned and needed to fine tune some things when Otter Creek Park closed. This was my wedding location. My fiance and I didn't know where we would get married (Otter Creek was still an option but the grounds would possibly not be maintained), when we would get married or if we would go out of the country and just have a reception when we returned. I tried to contact Victoria numerous times to ask her what the situation would be like if we had to switch locations, dates, times, etc. At this point, we had only 5 months to re-plan our entire wedding. When I finally received a return e-mail, 2 months later, I was told not to worry but Victoria had cancelled our contract. So here we are with no place to get married and now no caterer. She thought she was doing me a favor. At this time, Victoria never explained if she could/would switch locations, times, etc. She assumed we were not having it at Otter Creek and that we were going out of the country. Her employee supposedly told her I was going elsewhere to get married but she never even returned my call to confirm. After numerous other things that occurred, I told Victoria that I was not comfortable with her catering our wedding and that I would like a portion of my deposit back. I offered her to keep $100 of our deposit but would like the remaining $200 returned. She would not return any of the money and was very unprofessional. After everything was said and done, I had to switch caterers and went through about 2 weeks of battling Victoria Tungate. Afterwards, I remembered Victoria telling me that she goes by Victoria at work and Vicky outside of work. Now I know why, this way when someone calls her by name she knows if she has screwed them over at some point while catering their event. Pros: good chicken Cons: everything but the chicken more
