Thanks bessiecow....Thisis really the worst place. I reported to Early Education and Child services. Elizebeth sent a demand letter for the rest of tuition as well. So shameless. I did not pay her. But I lost my deposit. I should have gone for the small court. more

My son was at Victorian Montessori from age 10 months to 18 months. During that time I saw Elizabeth yelling at her employees. I thought it was because she was hard of hearing, but after several episodes realized that is how she treats her employees. Their school calendar was constantly changing, they started with 4 weeks of vacation and added extra days to the end of winter break and such. When asked about it they told us we could take our kids out if we didn't like how they did business. When my son was 18 months they decided to close the daycare early for an ""Emergency"" chiropractor appointment, told the parents during drop-off in the morning that they had to come and pick up their kids early, and when I was 5 minutes late, they left my wailing son in the car of another parent, and had not authorized to pick up my son. I saw them driving away as I pulled in. I was livid. When asked about the incident they told me if they trusted the parent I should too, and she did not think she did anything wrong. I gave them 1 weeks notice and took my son out. At which point they threatened to sue me for tuition for the remainder of the year (about 5 months) I called Department of Early Education and Child services to investigate and they found them at fault along with other issues (infants sleeping in cribs with blanket, and left alone...) I wrote to them several times asking for my deposit back which they refused to respond to. I took them to small claims court and won the case and just got my money back. I hope people can learn from my experience. more

This daycare center has a history over 20 years.Parents love this center and there are testimonials by the previous parents.Having been in business for that long it is impossible to satisfy some demanding parents and workers.There had been a few of them who attempted breach of contract and were dealt with according to the terms of contract.They have complained to the Dept. of Early Education and Care and this daycare was exonerated after due inquiry.There was a worker without even a High School Diploma who was hired as a helper who was demanding and had to be fired.The complain she filed with the EEC was duly investigated and the daycare was fully exonerated.The bad review must be from one of the disgruntled parents or by the fired worker.I would like the identity of this person and request you that any adverse reviews should be substantiated before appearing on your pages ,and deleted for failiure to substantiate.Pl. do not allow your pages to be used to tarnish a longstanding business.Pl. provide me the identity of the author of the bad review for legal action.Wadugedara(owner) Pros: loving envoirment Cons: no drawbacks more
