I got my notice yesterday that the Cassatas are selling!!! All I can say is YIPEE!!!!! The management here is horrible, and untrustworthy, staff are all foreigners. I think it is good that we have the opportunity to buy here since it is a great location. If anyone hears anything else, please post! Pros: no pets Cons: lousy staff more

Victorian Gardens converting condos????? 4/10/2008

Did anyone get a letter yesterday saying Victorian Gardens is being sold and being turned into townhomes/condos?? I am a 5 yr resident and I called the office and it seems like everything is hush hush!!! The Cassata's are denying it even when the letter was sent. Thier answer was disregard it. If this is true, I guess this is a good thing since management is horrible.. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: very nice apartments Cons: poor mgmt more
