Vick's Cleaners

I dropped off a pair of slacks on May 7th for cleaning and alterations one they set the stain that was on them the stain was less than 24 hours old and I had given them specific instructions on the alterations they were asked to hem the slacks one hems length and was asked not to cut them off (just in case) when I got them back one leg was a good inch to inch and a half shorter than the other leg, I returned them and explained to the cashier what they had done and left them to give them a chance to redeem rhemselves, I shoultd have known better. The manager gave nothing but excuses and offered no resolution to the problem. So here we are Saturday July 23rd 7 trips to Vicks and a request for a phone call from the manager on each trip and I have yet to hear anything from this so called manager, but I guess this so called manager was to busy getting ready for the seminar in Vegas. DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED DRY CLEANER IF YOU VALUE YOR CLOTHING! more

I am new to the Pensacola area and Vicks came highly recommended as the place to go for dry cleaning. I picked up my dry cleaning only to see that they were practically double of what I paid elsewhere. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, and hoping that the price I paid was worth the service, I was extremely disappointet to find that they ruined 1 of my brand new Calvin Klein shirts somehow putting holes in it. The next day, on an important job intervies I put on another shirt (dry cleaned by Vicks) only to get to the interview and realize there were huge white stains all over my shirt. The only reason I am ever going back to Vicks is to get my $$ back for ruining my shirts. Pros: Terrible Service Cons: ruined 2 shirts of mine, very expensive more
