Would tell anybody to try Vickers 7/11/2011

I would tell anybody to give them a try. I do a lot of work on my truck myself so I went in knowing condition the my truck but they didn't know that. They didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a woman to try sell me some line of BS to get more business. I was allowed to check out the underneath of the truck from a safe distance and see small leaks that were happening and the mechanic even checked out a few things for me while the truck was up on the lift that wasn't a part of the oil service. They also showed me the condition of my other fluids which I wasn't expecting as part of the service for no extra charge. more

I scheduled an appt. within 2 days of my call. The technician started on the service at the scheduled time. It was completed on time. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Convenient access from 101 freeway. more

I was satisfied with my experience there. I enjoy the AutoVitals online maintenance profile that is available for my car to make sure I remember when to bring my car in next time. Fast oil changes...great service. My only concern is the hours are the same as my regular job so i always have to get up really early on days that i bring the car to the shop. more
