So Relaxing! 9/15/2017

My husband treated me to a massage and facial for my graduation. The massage was so wonderful. Judy indicated that she could increase or decease the pressure per my preference, which was perfect. Also, the hydra facial by Lourdes was amazing. I was nervous as I have extremely sensitive skin, but it was gentle and my skin never looked so good as it did afterwards. I can't wait for my next present! more

Terrible... 4/21/2014

The doctors told me they couldn't make my forehead free from the "elevens" although I have had the procedure done without issue for the past 6 years. Inept and inexperienced, I went back three times for them to stop the "elevens"....I was blamed, told I should expect to have movement (what??) and made to feel like I was a problem. The doctors and the owner were very insulting.....The previous doctor treated me for years without an issue and now I get three doctors that can't.....I stopped bothering and now go to another spa and get amazing results. The new spa takes at least 10 photos of my face too whereas Vibrance only took one....The owner also is negative and didn't try to work with me after all those years of my patronage. Too bad for them. more

Not so Vibrant! 3/5/2012

I finally decided to have a relaxing facial. the aesthetician was good. But the other staff was not so vibrant! I definately will not return. more

Do not go there! 7/6/2011

I do NOT recommend them! I bought Latisse from them and they sold me "PROFESSIONAL SAMPLES ONLY NOT FOR RETAIL SALE" I spoke to the owner and she was going to replace it by mail. It's been a month and yet to get it! Unfortunatly I paid cash but I will report them to Allergen so they think twice of selling something they get for free. As for the treatment 175.00? totally not worth it! more
