They had my confidence and we have used them for a while but recent reaction and lack of acceptance of responsibility by the Dr.'s wife was very alarming. If this is how she treats customers how does she treat my pet when I leave her in their presence. Sorry, but we have moved on....certainly not the Dr. Carr of the past. I'm hoping I walked into a bad example and not the routine. more
