Unhappy Customer, 5/19/2016 I brought my beloved 13 1/2 dog who battled diabetes for 2 1/2 years in today 5/19/16 as her time had come to leave this world. For over 2 1/2 years she gotten insulin injections twice daily. I asked for a peaceful passing and sedative. Dr. Cribb told me he did not put a IV catheter in the vein - did not need to waste the time. He was a good at getting in the vein - most of the time". He proceed to stick my precious dog with a large needle in her leg and she screamed in pain. He did not get the vein. Then again as my dog was NOT sedated he attempted again missing the vein x2. My dog screamed again. That is when I said, "what are you doing?" Dr. Cribb then told me I could get a refund and he was a PROFESSIONAL and did not appreciated being insulted. Can you imagine going through an experience like this? This is a very UNPROFESSIONAL man with a big macho ego and short fuse - shame on you for not knowing how to be compassionate and not euthanizing a dog the proper way. I left and went to ... who were Professional, compassionate, put an IV in, gave my dog a sedative and a peaceful end. Thank you so much for being there for us doing the RIGHT thing. more

My family has been using this vet for many years with many pets and in our opinion he screwed up bad. Not only did he not admit it, but he went on his personal facebook page calling me neurotic and telling people I was mad because I didn't want to pay my bill. Truth is he pulled 13 teeth from our 4lb, 4 y.o. Yorkie’s mouth without x-rays to confirm if they indeed needed to be removed & without consulting me and sent her home with no pain meds or antibiotics. Over the years we have spent thousands of dollars with this clinic and never had a problem with our bills. We do however have a problem with someone taking advantage of their power and making decisions that do not need to be made at the expense of our pet’s health. The standard of care has dropped considerably, especially since his Office manager and behavior specialist left 3 days apart. Unfortunately, now we are questioning every decision and treatment for our current, and former, pets we've made with this Vet more

Dr. Cribb is like the Bird whisperer and I am not kidding. I have had Grumpy for 12 years and NO One has handled him without a nice bloody bite. I took him to Dr. Cribb for his nails and wings to be clipped plus a bill of health for travel Dr Cribb immediately bonded with him. It was unbelievable seeing my "Grumpy" bird turn flips on his fingers, lay upside down in his lap and never even nip. AMAZING! Great vet, suggested diet, weighed Grumpy, did a basic exam and taught me more about my bird in 20 minutes than I have learned in 12 years. Grumpy is on his new diet. Not only do I have a hysterically funny and smart bird who interacts verbally but I also have a lovable pet!!!!!! Not one bite since I took him to Dr. Cribb.......not even a nip. IF YOU HAVE A BIRD I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. CRIBB!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

The staff at this vet's office is friendly and great with my dogs. The office is a small one, so my dogs don't get overwhelmed in a large lobby full of animals. I use this practice both for veterinary care and for grooming, and have been pleased with the care my animals are given there. I also like that they send out reminder cards to let me know when my dogs are due for a check-up. more
