The best Veterinary Oncologists that you could ask for 4/29/2010

My wife and I brought our dog to VCG on the recommendation of our own Veterinarian, who told us that she took her own dog to them. VCG is also one of the few board-certified Veterinary Oncology clinics in the country. Pros: State of the Art treatment and genuine TLC more

best care my dogs ever had 1/7/2010

I have never seen such pasionate people. From the front door to Mona everybody knows your pet`s name or what he/she likes, plays with your pet and cares for his/hers comfort. The smile, the funny voices, the nicknames, the kisses...are all part of creating that atmosphere, that would put you and your baby at ease, in times that you forget to smile and play with your baby, when you are mad as hell because you feel helpless in front of the big C that wants to take away your best friend. I am running diagnostic tests on my second dalmation today, at VCG, after some xrays showed signs of bone cancer. I left this place, VCG, more than a year ago, after losing a fight to cancer with my first Dalmation...How ironic...But never felt more satisfied after giving 10 more happy, repeat happy months to my dog. Yes it was not cheap, but can you realy put a price on life??? Can you realy live with no remorse, knowing that you could have given your friend/baby many good quality months of life, but you liked the money in your bank more??? I couldn`t,...and nobody I meet in the waiting rooms, at VCG, tons of hours, hundreds of people. So, I recommend VCG and Dr Rosenberg any chance I have, and peolpe call back and thank me. So when I read the review above, I feel happy for the pet cured by holistic oncologist(never heard of such a thing), and feel sorry for the cheap bastard who wrote it. I don`t wish him to get sick but if he ever needs to fight his own cancer I would recommend him a holistic oncologist. For you, my friend, I have only one advice: don`t get another dog..get a shrink...for your spirit and mind.LOL Pros: they become your family more

Old fashioned Love??? No way! They only care about your money! 1/16/2009

HORRIBLE!! Do your dog a favor, go to your local pet nutritionist or natural herb specialist and do research of recommended vet oncologists in the area. They will all have the same stories to tell you about VCG. I was so fed up with their outdated cookie cutter protocols and now I have found the BEST holistic vet oncologist. My dog is doing better than ever and its because, unlike VCG, we're treating the mind, body and spirit. I wish I had left VCG earlier. I would have saved a lot of money and tears. Pros: Nice building. People have a smile. Cons: Cookie cutter protocols of only chemo. Inexperienced Doctors. more
