Veterinary Associates of Westville is a wonderful, caring and highly professioanl group. I have been a client since the early 1980's and have had nothing with which I could find fault. Twice I had to take beloved dogs to be euthenized. I can't emphasize the level of compassion I received from eveyone one of the staff. The girls at the front desk and "Dr. Bob" cared not only about our pets but about our entire family. I highly recommend this group to all those I know when they are searching for excellent care for their animals. Although I do not currently have a pet in my home, I do have two "grand dogs" who are cared for by Veterinary Associates. Knowing that they are in such good care is very important to our family. more

Office staff 10/12/2010

This review is written by Dr. Robert Aldrich, the owner and manager of Veterinary Associates of Westville. Two of my staff, Debbie and Jackie, have been with me for over 10 years. They are courteous, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Our newest employees, Tracy and Rob, are excellent additions to our staff. I personally emphasize that our clients and their pets are always our top priority. I am always available if clients have any concerns. more

Rude Receptionist 10/2/2010

Overall good, but Debbie the receptionist absolutely cruel and rude. The other receptionists are very nice. Debbie should not be in a position to help people. If she doesn't like you she will tell you that we don't have to treat you here. Absolutely, the worst customer service experience ever. more
