LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. The gentleman that owns and fixes all the shoes does excellent work! He really takes care of your shoes.

Worst

When I went to pick up the order the owner advised that he had neglected to mark all of the shoes with what needed to be done So, after a week 3 out of the 5 pairs of shoes/boots...

Would Not Recommend 11/13/2010

When I went to pick up the order the owner advised that he had neglected to mark all of the shoes with what needed to be done So, after a week 3 out of the 5 pairs of shoes/boots were not polished or repaired. A pair of Ferragmo shoes that had the soles and heels replaced was damaged at the toe box and a pair of boots that he advised were polished had mud caked on the heel. Unfortunately, I will be unable to recommend the services of this professional. more

I absolutely love this place. I found them via an ad in the intelligencer. Had a pair of cowboy boots that I had worn the heels down to the pins, and damaged part of the heel itself by continuing to wear them (but they were so broken in and comfortable). Not being able to part with them, I gave this shop a shot at repairing. Not only did he re-heel them, but he repaired the damage on the heel back so you could never tell it was damaged in the first place. Prices are great - 8.00 to re-heel. They have a customer for life. more
