Cold-blooded management, they only think how to take advantage of you and make more money from you. They charge you ""redecoration fee"" of $150, but they don't redecorate it. Carpet never changed and smelly. Bugs like the aparments and travle here happily. Lease has pitfall! Never consider and choose it, otherwise you will have to deal with terrible staff and get the big unexpteced disappointments! The only good thing is : it's close to Pitziz School. more

Big Advantage: near Pizitz middle school. So your kids can walk home.\r Disadvantages: The environment is getting worse recently. Morining music, radios sometimes are very loud. Some kids play till near 10:00pm in the summer. The most annoying thing is the service. They got you in by discount price. Later on they raised your rent every year. If you want to move out before your contract date, you have to pay all the months left. Before you move out, they gave you a long list including every item in the apartment. They are hoping everything is as intact as you moved in. If not, they fined you for every item till they keep all your deposit even they already charged you for cleaning fee. At the first two years, their service was good. They usually fixed your problems within 2 days. Now it depends. Sometimes it took one week. I lived in three places in Birmingham. This is the worse place I have been lived. They are not friendly and like typical business people. You will get it after you move in, the same feeling in car dealer. \r But if you are working parents and do not want to pick up your kid, it is still worth your consideration. Horrible Management! I lived here for about 4 years and the new Managment is horrible. (Jane) As if it isn't bad enough that they have NO parking, you have to double park and then when you do they will put a ""about to tow"" sign on your car. They pick up trash but are VERY picky about what they will pick up so you have to drive most of your trash to the dumpster which is located at some joint apartments located further down on 31.(so your trash has to be put in your car) AND you have to stop by the office and pick up a key, its just a big pain! I was threatened on numerous occassion because there was noise complaints (They said the Tv was to loud and I didn't even own one at the time!) They raised my rent ALOT every 6 months and always promised me carpet cleaning and would schedule a date and then not show up. I called and complained and then they did send someone out on the scheduled day we arranged. (However, they didn't show up until almost 5pm and then they told us that they wouldn't be able to do it that day!) When we called to complain AGAIN the ""witch"", Jane, told me that they DID clean my carpet, even thought I was there and KNOW for a fact they didn't! She accussed us of lying. We also had problems with kids being out late and screaming and cussing and starting fights and when you call to complain they told us they couldn't do anything because they were children.(Which later they denied saying!) When we would call to ask questions about ANYTHING we were talked to like we were children ourselves and were treated VERY RUDELY!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend these apartments to Anyone! You can get a better deal elsewhere, the aggrivation is not worth it. more
