Dr. Scriff and the entire staff at Verona & Montclair Animal Hospital saved my dog MiMi! They went above and beyond my expectations to find out what was wrong with her. I had gone to my other vet, and he was very ""casual"" about her symptoms, and I truly thought I was going to say goodbye to her 2 weeks ago! She only had a day or 2 left, when Dr. Scriff removed her tumor and now she is running around like a puppy! (She's 10) My dogs will be visiting Dr. Scriff now for well visits, which I now know are really important in keeping my dogs healthy. I highly recommend Verona & Montclair Animal Hospitals! more

I came to Verona Animal Hospital when my prior vet missed a diagnosis of lymphoma in my dog because she couldn't be bothered to run a couple tests or biopsy an enlarged lymph node. I knew something was wrong and finally, upon recommendation of a friend, took her to Dr Scriff at Verona. He diagnosed her almost immediately and in consultation with an oncologist, we started chemotherapy. How I wish I had taken her there sooner instead of messing around for 5 months! She would have been in an earlier stage of the lymphoma and might have enjoyed more than the year of quality time she did get. During the whole ordeal, I was impressed by the compassion and care both Trouble and I received from Dr Scriff and his ENTIRE staff. His techs genuinely love pets and my dogs adore them. I have been to several vets in the area over the years, and the level of care here is unsurpassed, their technology is state of the art, and their team out of outside experts incredible. His team of vets are excellent in their own right. Dr Scriff has gone beyond the extra mile for my dogs on more casinos than I could list, even coming in on his day off on more than one occasion, or calling on Christmas Day to check on a dog he removed a bunch of carper fibers from on Christmas Eve. Over the years, Dr Scriff and Verona Animal Hospital have earned my trust and I can't offer any higher praise than that. more

I have worked with many vets over the years and I have never found a hospital that was more generous and compassionate in its care for the animals. I cannot say enough about the great quality of the care we receive and the wonderful staff. I would HIGHLY recommend going here or Montclair Animal Hospital........\r I also take my personal pets there.......I wouldn't go anywhere else.
