I have to say I was extremely taken aback! Dr. Nesmith used to be my dentist when I was a teenager (in the 90's ;)) and he was really nice and did a good job when I had to have fillings done. The front desk lady was not very friendly but I didn't deal with her for long so it wasn't a big deal, other than the fact that she didn't file insurance correctly. Anyway, bringing us up to today...I now work at the front desk in a medical office and occasionally have to call other offices to get xrays for patients. Sue answered the phone, when I asked for my patients xrays that the patient told me they had performed she was extremely rude saying ""we didnt take those"" I say ""Oh im sorry, that is what the patient told me"" she then says ""Um you're talking to a patient..."". I'm thinking you must think pretty highly of your patients... I asked when they would be available and she says ""obviously not this morning"". Ok I can see where this is going...nowhere...she then says ""I'll send them when I can get to it"", I just say ""Ok I appreciate...DIALTONE...she hung up on me...REALLY?!?!?! In todays world if you want to keep your patients or have new patients word of mouth is the best referral and you would want to give the best customer service available. If you dont like your job, go somewhere else. If his practice goes under I can tell you the main cause! The ONLY reason I have it 1 star is because you can't publish without a rating...they should have negative starts!!! If you are considering still going to see this dentist please check the BBB!
