I don't recommend this store to anyone. A few of the sales reps are only concerned with getting customers to open new contracts with them. I was with Verizon for 3 days. I went back to the store with a phone issue. The Manager, Terrell Thomas, spoke to me with very snarky negative connotations as if he didn't need my business. I wasn't a furious and irate customer, so I couldn't figure out why he spoke to me in that way. When I told him that he was being unprofessional, he made a urban remark to me that I really didn't know how to respond to, so I told him the remark was unnecessary and I cancelled the account. It's a really long story as to what happened, I've never been treated so badly anywhere. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. If a manager speaks to customers in that condescending way, you can imagine what the experience with his sales reps would be like.
