Just got back from trying to buy the new Droid phone at the 9409 Shelbyville Rd. store. It was the worst customer experience of my entire life. The sales rep didn't want to bother once he found out that I didn't qualify for two-year upgrade. Yes, he'd sell me one at full price. Period. It didn't matter that I told him that I'd previously called customer service and that they'd walked me through various options. Nope. Didn't want to explore any of them. When I brought up a family plan he rattled off numbers and asked me why I'd want to do that. And the sale rep next to him kept smirking. Arrogance, condescension, you name it. Avoid this branch at all costs. They act like they don't need your business.
