Totally disappointed. Not Willing to help when you need their help. I opened a new line and got their """"recommended"""" insurance!!! My wife phone dropped. I have two phone line and I told them I am buying insurance for my wife phone at day 1. They help me switch the phone at day 1 and somehow mess up the insurance policy. They didn't explain to me on that day and still selling me insurance. (I paid over $100 up front for the insurance) I end up going to the store and ask them to help but they just say they cant help. Don't trust what they say at the beginning. And don't purchase the phone insurance that they sell besides the """"verizon"""" one. And their people is rude they wont help you. There's tons of thing they can do to help but they wont. FYI. I opened my phone line there long time ago and everything I renewed my phone I go over there. Don't go to these kind of Premium Store. They are not owned by Verizon Wireless. The real verizon wireless store is close by in Auto Mall Parkway. Those people will help you when you have problem.
