inefficient customer service, rude staff, refusal to help, even when approached about replacing a phone under warranty, for another phone, and extending our contract till July 1, 2008.
they NEVER answer the phones, Matt, one of the customer service reps, said they don't bother emptying voicemail, because they do not have time to deal with it
a one hour trip from where I live, to get service, and then an hour and a half wait.
