Great phones, bad store 4/16/2006

I have been with Verizon for a while now. Their phones are overall very good, and I can get service almost anywhere I go. Their prices are also pretty good. However, at this location..but prepared to wait! The employees are not great, they are just regular sales people and all they seem to care about is if they are getting their next sale or not. The store is always very crowded and you have to wait forever to be helped. If you can go to another Verizon location, I would. more

Very slow service 3/27/2006

We have Verizon for our cell phone service and have had to go into this location a couple of times in the past six months. You put your name on a list and then wait for a sales rep or someone to call you. The wait can be up to 45 minutes; I've never waited less than 20 minutes. It takes three people behind the desk at customer service and they mostly just stand there, talking to each other. If you can, go to a different location or bring a book to read. more
