My son bought an iphone here but they couldn't tell him if he would get service where we lived, so they told him to try it and if he didn't get service he could bring it back with no hassle. Lo and behold, he didn't get service at home so in two days he brought it back and they charged him a $35 restocking fee. A few days later he got a bill for $420 for early termination of contract, usage fees, taxes, etc etc. He has been trying to get this resolved and so far they agree that he is not responsible for $385 of it but they won't commit to refunding it. He talked to the manager of the store and he said the only way to tell if you are going to get service is to try it in that area, but once you take it out of the store they will charge you to bring it back. He admits that they didn't tell him this, but he refuses to refund the restocking charge. BEWARE of this store.
