Stay away from this store. The employees, specific one female employee, only care about making a sale. They are like car sales people, will do whatever it takes to "get you in a new phone today." After the sale, if you come back or call with questions, they don't care, not their problem. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Verizon should be ashamed that this corporate store is representing them. Truly a horrible experience. Avoid them at all costs!!!!
