I went in today expecting a headache and was so surprised. These are very nice people...who really want to help you. They helped me to save over $20 per month. Excellent service.

Good Service 4/23/2006

My wife and I moved from Cingular as our signal was not so good in some parts of Huntersville. We tried Verizon and the customer service was excellent and fast even though they were busy. I couldn't quite figure something out on my new 'phone and went back the next day - I was in and out in five minutes. more
