They came when they said they would. 4/25/2006

Verizon is our local telephone company. We have been having problems with our telephone line. Buzzing on it some of the time. My husband did everything they suggested to no avail. We were told that they would be out between noon and 4.00 p.m. today. Mitch arrived around 2.00 p.m. and put a new box outside our house. He was only here a few minutes and it looks like the problem has been resolved. I will up-date to 5 stars in a couple of days if the problem has been fixed. more
